In 2019, a CSR project group made up of volunteer employees was created to implement and monitor actions in collaboration with all company departments.\nToday, this group has become the <strong data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"400\">CSR Ambassadors Committee<\/strong>. Composed of engaged employees, it plays an operational role by carrying out initiatives and promoting the approach internally. Our action plan is structured around four pillars, covering the 10 principles of the Global Compact and the guidelines of the ISO 26000 standard.\nSince 2023, a dedicated CSR Manager has joined the company to further structure and develop Raffin Medical&#8217;s CSR strategy.\n<a href=\"https:\/\/recognition.ecovadis.com\/X4BeMWVprkOSo0zjIHpEyQ\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raffin-medical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Ecovadis-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"223\" height=\"227\" \/><\/a>To measure, track, and communicate the progress of our approach, our actions have been evaluated by <strong data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"916\">EcoVadis<\/strong> since 2022. After obtaining the &#8220;Committed \/ Engaged Company&#8221; badge in 2024, <strong data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1075\">Raffin Medical reached a new milestone in 2025 with the EcoVadis Bronze Medal<\/strong>, thus joining the top 35% of the most committed companies in terms of sustainable development.\nIn this spirit of continuous improvement, we have defined our 2030 vision: <strong data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1329\">to achieve the EcoVadis Gold Medal and become a CSR benchmark in our sector.<\/strong>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raffin-medical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raffin-medical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"252\" height=\"69\" \/><\/a>In addition, we are a member of the <strong data-start=\"42\" data-end=\"111\">Centrale d&#8217;Achats de l&#8217;Hospitalisation Priv\u00e9e et Publique (CAHPP)<\/strong>, which annually assesses our commitment to building a corporate social responsibility strategy. We achieved the <strong data-start=\"224\" data-end=\"242\">A+ Green Index<\/strong> rating in 2025.<\/p>\n\t<p>We are also members of the <strong>AFNOR Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes CSR Issues Club<\/strong> and the <strong>CSR Group of SNITEM<\/strong> (French National Association of the Medical Technology Industry).<\/p>\n<p>These networks allow us to engage with fellow member companies through thematic meetings to review key CSR challenges, share best practices, and benefit from collective feedback and experience.<\/p>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raffin-medical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Report-1.jpg\" alt=\"Report\" height=\"506\" width=\"357\" title=\"Report\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n<h2>\n\t\t\t2024 CSR Report\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Each year, we publish our<strong> CSR Report<\/strong> to assess the performance and development of our practices according to the indicators set up for each action.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.calameo.com\/read\/0071013313e66f88db410\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"    rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tDownload our CSR report \/\/ Calam\u00e9o\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tGender equality index\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>The Gender Equality Index enables companies to assess their standing in terms of professional equality between women and men.
